Cantabs got revenge over Ely Tigers with this win and consolidated their position in the top half of the Eastern Counties 1. Captain Tom Baily scored another brace of tries. Elliot Baines and Joe Croker (2) were the other scorers. Cantabs defence stood firm under pressure from Tigers for long periods, and even scored a try when reduced to 13 players. Final score 29 - 10, making it three wins on the bounce..
Our 2nd XV also continued their winning run and made it two wins for the Club on the day with a 43 - 17 victory at Mildenhall & Red Lodge.
