Crusaders attempt to convert Cantabs

Team for the home game against Crusaders on Saturday 19th October 2019. Kick off 15.00.

11 Ben Newman, 12 Paul Pudney, 13 Kieran Dolaghan, 14 Mara Tunivanua, 15 Finlay Laing,

16 Tim Kirkconel, 17 Charles Norrish, 18 Adam Fastnedge. 

 

 

First start for a year by prodigal son Pete Collins at blindside who will also strengthen the lineout.  Our front row is also at its strongest, with Tom Bailey wedged between the two best props in the Division. The evergreen Dean James is back at scrum half to add his inimitable style to proceedings. The squad is also strengthened by the return of our World Cup pair, Finn Morrison and Adam Fastnedge, and the addition of Mara Tunivanua on the wing provides the South Seas dimension. Quite a squad to welcome Crusaders back to Sedley Taylor road for the first time since 2012. Early fireworks expected for our supporters.
