With 3 weeks to go until our first pre-season game of the 2018-19 season, Cantabs pre-season preparation moves onto its next phase this week with the introduction of more rugby specific drills and practice.
After a good summer session with Strength and Conditioning coach Gary Nightingale the boys are looking fit and ready to go (with plenty of running in the legs!). Now Glen and his team are looking to move on to the next stage with the introduction of more rugby specific drills and training to make sure that our skills and awareness are sharp in time for the start of the season.
There is still plenty of time to get involved with the club and get yourself fit and ready for another great season with the Cantabs family, so whatever your age and experience, head down to training 7pm Tuesdays and Thursdays!
